What is the standard shipping time for orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the United States. International shipping times vary by location and usually range from 2-4 weeks.
Are your Blu-ray and DVD releases region-locked?
Most of our physical media releases are Region A/Region 1 (North America) unless otherwise specified in the product description. Please check the 'Technical Specs' section of the product page before purchasing.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or full refund.
Do you offer digital copies with physical purchases?
Many of our Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD releases include a digital download code compatible with major streaming platforms. Check the product packaging details to confirm if a digital code is included.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. You can request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase; however, once the order has moved to our warehouse for fulfillment, we can no longer make changes.
